Fissure offers two levels of customization. In the first level client specific material is distributed either verbally or through handouts by the instructor (this is done at no-charge). In the second level customized content is written into the student workbook and/or the simulation.

Workbook Customization: Fissure will work with the client to add client specific content and terms while maintaining the desired instructional flow and timing. Workbook changes are charged at an hourly rate and the amount of change is dependent on the specific client objectives.

Simulation Customization: Fissure simulations are sophisticated learning tools that replicate realistic working environments. The realism is achieved through the interactive behavior of the simulation mirroring a real life work atmosphere. The simulation offers subtle and not so subtle responses and scenarios dependant upon the interactions of the students. The work environment can be customized to reflect specific content, processes and culture. Changes to the simulations are charged at an hourly rate.
