The University of Minnesota’s Graduate Program for Software Engineering:  Jesse Freese and John Skovbroten (John is replacing Mike Wold after 5 years) are beginning a 6th year of delivering the program’s software project management class. The class was designed and developed by Fissure and includes one of our project management simulations.

 

PMP Academy, Atlanta Georgia: has reached an agreement enabling them to offer Fissure simulations as part of their project management curriculum. Frank Payne the CEO of PMP Academy sees the ability to offer Fissure simulations as a key component in a client’s ability to use their new project management skills “on the job”.

 

PMI certifies all Fissure Workshops for PDU’s: Fissure has received approval and recertification as a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The certification assures students that all our workshops are consistent and compliant with all PMI standards and policies and allows students to receive Professional Development Units (PDU’s) for any Fissure workshops they attend.
